App electricity graph

The electricity graph on the Pure Planet app doesn’t change from month to month. It’s a flat line. I am sending regular meter readings. Any suggestions?

Hi Zeg
As this is your first post, welcome to the Pure Planet community!
I'm sure other fellow customers will add their thoughts, but here are mine:
1. If you don't heat with electricity it will vary less from month to month
2. Check the graph against the actual usage shown on the app and on your monthly statements - is the graph showing what really happens?
3. Have you looked at the electricity graph by itself, without the gas graph? That will show the monthly variations much better.

Try those out, and let us know how you get on
