I have switched to Blue planet within the last 3 weeks. My account is showing a credit in respect of the first DDR payment and another credit of £20. Can anyone tell me what this might be?

Hello and welcome chris.
Did you switch via money supermarket as i remember a promo where you get a 20 note credit when you switched.and another 20 in 3 months time.
Thanks Jon. Yes I did switch via Money Supermarket but I was expecting £12.50 cashback per fuel in 2/3 months time. Maybe its a promo I missed. I'll wait and see. Thanks for your help.

There are no call centres with PP, it is an app-based company.

Hi,

You will need to go through wattbot for any queries I'm afraid, which I'm sure you can request a call from the team but they can resolve your issue usually through wattbot
