If you still have the PP App, then
1. Open the App
2. Tap on 3 lines at top right
3. Select Help
4. Select Ask WattBot
5. Type "Message the team"... send
6. Input your question... send
A PP team member will respond within 1 working day.... watch out for notifications that you have received a reply.
