About this community thing

I've tried to communicate several times with this company using the app, using the bot etc.
3 days later I've had no communications whatsoever.
Seriously having my doubts about this whole thing. Being a Giffgaff user I thought this would be similar.
Anyway, after one meter reading Pure Planet want more from me every month than British Gas my previous supplier.
Surely this is a mistake but I have no one to discuss this with.
Anybody have any ideas?
There's no phone numbers to call...???

Good to see you in the Pure Planet Community and sorry you've had issues to get in touch with the team.

Regarding readings, the most important is the opening one, we need this to settle your account with your previous supplier.

We ask for a reading every month as to make sure you pay exactly what you use. If you can't give a reading in time, don't worry. Just enter a reading when you can, and it will still be taken into account on your next statement; any adjustments to the estimated bill will be included in the following month's statement.

By the way, spoke with the team and they told me they are already in touch with you. Let me know anyways if there's any other way I can help!
