In my monthly usage it says I can save money by switching from 100% Green Variable to 100% Green v4a. I go to Tariff and Usage and only option is fixed. At bottom of page it says Have a look at our other available tariffs.... but no way to see them.Peter.

i have been given an end bill for the gas from my old company but not the electric, the old company say you-the new company- have not given the reading, why?

I asked wattbot a question yesterday and I received a text today with a link to a reply from pure planet. When I click the link it just opens the app home page. If I copy the link into chrome it just launches the help page. Any ideas on how to access the reply?
Hi I need to send my opening gas meter reading but the screen is blank and remains so even after pressing the a, b and c buttons several times. It has worked in the past I was able to send gas meter readings to previous supplier but haven’t done so for a few months. Any help appreciated, thanks.
I assume the electricity meter is 100 Amps and trips out above that but can be reset. What capacity is the gas meter and what happens if it is overloaded?
Hi, I am in the process of switching over and qas promised £25 for doing this.I was then sent an email stating that if I switched over before a certain time I would get a further £35. Please can you let me know how I will receive this?
I have just switched to yourselves and provided a gas reading. I am unable to read from the electricty meter, it is not providing a readout and my smart meter is not showing any reading either! How can I be billed correctly if my meter is not working/displaying correctly?
