Spoke to EON today as to why I’m still waiting for my credits Back after switching from them, EON say it’s Pure Planets fault as they haven’t submitted my final meter readings to them (which I sent to Pure Planet 6 weeks ago), anyone else had this problem ?Barry

I thought I’d switched to Pure Planet as recommended by MoneySupermarket.com, with just a simple click I was introduced to a labyrinthine never-ending spiral of entering my details and many emails asking me to do this over and again. Am I switched? Who knows? I don’t want to enter my bank details...

My contract with my current supplier ends on 4th october and have made the switch to you but it says that I won’t be under contract until 17th. What shall I do about supply in between ?
We moved into a property which we were told was already supplied by Pure Planet, but on trying to register (and we already have a PP account from when we lived in a previous property) we are told that the switch will take 17 days - as if PP are not already supplying the account. Any thoughts?Thanks
