I am trying to switch to Pure Planet, need to speak to someone but the Wattbot is not working at all. I type in the question and it doesn’t appear at all, the circle next to the word close just keep whirring. Picture below is of the screen after typing in a question

My gas meter stopped working due to flooding and had to be replaced today. The reading on my new gas meter is starting from zero and I would like to know how I should record my monthly gas meter reading. Any thoughts or guidance would be much appreciated.Thanks Stewart Eaton
My account opens as of today. I have a smart meter so I believe you can get opening readings from there. I did submit my electricity opening reading but the gas from my smart meter reader was stated in terms of kwh rather than units m3. Do you have the info you need from the smart meter?
