I've just switched to pure planet. My old supplier took a direct debit on 1st July and pure planet took their first direct debit on 1st July. Does this mean I've paid twice for this period?
Hi, So I am moving into a property on 1st September. I cannot see an option to specify a start date if there is any? Also, the website tells me it cannot find a gas supply. Does this mean that PP doesn't supply the property or there is only electricity? Many Thanks
