We moved into a property which we were told was already supplied by Pure Planet, but on trying to register (and we already have a PP account from when we lived in a previous property) we are told that the switch will take 17 days - as if PP are not already supplying the account. Any thoughts?Thanks
Hi, I was advised by the MSE website that if I switched to Pure Planet I would save £431 per year. As I am currently paying Bulb £2844 and Pure Planet are asking for £3116.67, that doesn't look like a saving to me. Can you explain, please?
