Hi I have Secure liberty 100 electricity meter and a EG4v 19 Gas meter. My current supplier, Bulb, recently ( 3 weeks ago) enabled remote meter readings and the IHD, even though OVO had installed it sometime ago. I’m switching to Pureplanet. Will you also be able to do remote readings?
